Ameri Nails Salon Policies

  1. No Refund Policy
    • We do not offer refunds for any salon services.
    • If you are unsatisfied, please let us know during the service or within 48 hours.
    • A complimentary corrective service may be offered within five (5) days of your initial visit, subject to management approval.
    • Corrective services are only provided in cases of nail technician error. They do not cover changes in polish/gel/dip color preferences after the visit.
  2. No Pets Allowed
    • Pets are not permitted inside the salon.
  3. Children Policy
    • Parents or guardians must accompany children due to the use of salon chemicals.
    • We are not liable for any incidents involving unattended children.
  4. Gift Certificates
    • Gift certificates are not returnable or exchangeable.
  5. Service Guarantee
    • We guarantee repairs for services within three (3) days of your visit.
    • Classic manicures are not guaranteed but are eligible for chip touch-ups within 24 hours.
  6. Personal Belongings
    • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please keep your valuables with you.
  7. Noise Level
    • Please maintain a quiet and respectful environment for all clients.
  8. Spa Chair Weight Limit
    • Our spa chairs have a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs.
    • Patrons exceeding this limit may be held liable for any resulting damage.
  9. Health & Safety
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons with open wounds or health concerns that may pose a risk of spreading infection.
  10. Disruptive Behavior
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to any patron causing disruptions.
  11. Service Discontinuation
    • Services may be stopped at any time if a patron’s behavior negatively impacts the salon environment.
  12. Prices
    • All prices are subject to change.
  13. Last Entry
    • No customers may enter the premises within 30 minutes of closing time.
  14. Complimentary Drinks
    • Limit one (1) alcoholic beverage per customer.
    • Must present a valid ID.
